Satterley recognises the important role that building representatives play in our business.

To ensure that we continue to recognise and reward those who are referring business to us, we have established a rewards program which recognises both individual referrals and those at brand level.

The program has four levels

Level 1

Provides five reps on a monthly basis with a draw to win double tickets to watch the footy or cricket in the Satterley box at Optus stadium or the basketball and concerts at the RAC Arena. Each referral provides a ticket to the raffle.

Level 2

This tier recognises the top performing brand in terms of referred business. There is a minimum target of nine deals required per calendar quarter. The highest referring brand will be rewarded with an exclusive dinner in a private dining room in a five-star restaurant, for ten reps, hosted by Nigel.

Level 3

This reward is provided to the highest performing individual reps who achieve a minimum of eight deals in a six-month period. These individuals will enjoy a small group dinner at an upmarket restaurant, hosted by Nigel and attended by a VIP guest, which may be a sporting identity or a prominent business leader.

Level 4

This is the top award and will be provided to the very highest performing builder reps. The target to qualify for this reward is a minimum of twenty-two sales in a calendar year. The successful reps will be provided with a trip to Melbourne to tour our estates and a ticket to a Friday night game. The second part of the reward is a choice of double tickets to the Footy Grand Final or the Australian Open tennis tournament with flights and accommodation included.

  1. The Buyer acknowledges that if a builder or builder’s representative introduces the Property to the Buyer, the seller may, at its own cost, pay a referral fee or other rewards, to the referring builder representative, at the sole discretion of the seller.
  2. Referrals are payable for genuine leads, (subject to the remaining conditions below) where the Satterley Estate Manager has been provided with an email noting the following details: Client’s name, mobile, email address, estate and lot number.
  3. To be eligible for a referral, the referrer must be employed by a registered builder in Western Australia.
  4. A referrer’s eligibility is subject to Satterley confirming that the referred buyer is a new introduction and has not previously been referred or contacted Satterley directly.
  5. In the event of a dispute, Satterley will adjudicate to determine if a referral is payable, and to whom it should be paid. No further correspondence will be entered into.
  6. A referral fee is only payable after settlement of the land has occurred.
  7. The referring builder’s representative is entitled to the referral, irrespective of the building company that the buyers select to construct the home.
  8. The seller confirms that the referral fee will not in any way affect the purchase price or the decision of the seller to accept or reject this offer.
  9. This Acknowledgement must be signed and submitted to the seller with the Offer to Purchase.
  10. Without exception, if the Acknowledgement is changed or submitted retrospectively to the seller after acceptance of the Buyer’s Offer to purchase, then no referral fee will be paid.
  11. The referral incentive may be amended or cancelled by the Seller at any time at the seller’s absolute discretion, without notice.
  12. Builder referrals cannot be exchanged for cash, be split and are not transferable to any other individual.
  13. By submitting this referral form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
