Allara has been spreading happiness in Eglinton for 10 years! With over 900 lots sold to date, Allara has become a thriving community and is home to some of the most amazing parks.

From markets to park openings to the famous Waitangi Day Festival, we’ve held over 50 community events since our inception in 2014, reflecting our commitment to building better communities.

Allara is home to some pretty amazing parks, including the well-known Revolution Park & Kinkuna Playground, Aduro Park, Taarak Park and the brand-new Neon Park!
And there’s plenty more to come, with a total of 17 public open spaces planned for the estate.
Allara has been nationally recognised by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) as an environmentally sustainable development. EnviroDevelopment awards certification to developments that achieve outstanding performance across four or more elements – Ecosystems, Waste, Energy, Materials, Water and Community, and we aced all six of them!

There are lots of exciting things to look forward to at Allara.
In the pipeline for the estate are plans for a proposed high school and two primary schools (to be delivered by Department of Education), as well as City of Wanneroo district playing fields and indoor recreation centre, and a retail and commercial precinct. Plus, a childcare centre is currently under construction and due for completion very soon!
