Discover Allara

The Allara community is designed so that you can enjoy every little moment of your life. It is not a place to live, but a place to call home. A home you don’t just live inside, but around.

Allara is growing to provide you with all the facilities you could possibly need conveniently situated close to the future Eglinton town centre. There will be schools, large district playing fields, parks and amenities such as a neighbourhood centre with indoor recreation facilities including multi-use hard courts for us all to share.

Living here you’re just a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach, a moments’ drive from several local shopping centres including Yanchep Central, The Gateway Alkimos Shopping Centre, and Butler Central. You’re also only 20 minutes away from bustling Joondalup City.

You’ll find parks, a thriving café and restaurant strip, early learning centres, primary and secondary schools, a university, the future Eglinton train station, and all the other important stuff.

Kinkuna Park is a favourite with locals, including a WaterPlay park - perfect to cool off in the summer months.

Allara estate Eglinton has also been nationally recognised by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) as an environmentally sustainable development after achieving all six elements. EnviroDevelopment certification recognises developments with outstanding sustainability performance determined through independent assessment against national standards. The program covers ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community.

By building in Allara, you will know that you are living in a community that aims to have minimal impact on the environment that extends far beyond the boundaries of your front yard - and can save you money too!
