The local community embraced the vibrant atmosphere of Neon Park on Saturday, February 22nd. Attendees had the opportunity to express their creativity through engaging and complimentary craft activities.
With approximately 250 participants, the event attracted families and children alike. Youngsters enjoyed colouring in wooden bird cutouts, which they could take home as cherished keepsakes. Additionally, attendees of all ages contributed to a collaborative art pillar, guided by renowned award-winning artist Paula Hart. Children appreciated the ice cream treats; adults enjoyed their coffee – everyone was able to enjoy some yummy refreshments.
Attended by 42 buyers and their closest friends and family, the event was a fantastic opportunity for these buyers to celebrate their new block, place the SOLD sticker on their lot plates, and meet their future neighbours!
As we celebrated the official opening of Taarak Park at Allara Estate on Sunday, October 13th, the park was filled with excited children and families.
This marked the inaugural buyer event in Allara, allowing buyers to place their "SOLD" stickers on their lot plates and meet their neighbours.

Originally built to house the Allara Sales Office, this venue has since been repurposed into a temporary community space. The facility is available for hire until the land the building sits on (including the carpark) is converted back into residential lots for sale.
Our Community Sponsorship Program helps the community grow and become self-sustainable over time. Local groups and non-profit organisations can apply for funding to support local events, activities, and projects or to purchase new equipment.
