Adventurescape comes alive!

Hundreds of people attended the grand opening of Austin Lakes estate’s new $3.5 million lake-side park and adventure playground in January this year.

Inspired by a farm theme, Adventurescape has been designed for families from the entire Perth and Peel region to visit and enjoy.

New start for Austin Cove

The new senior school campus of Austin Cove Baptist College (ACBC) was opened in July, a move that was 5 years' in the making.

The entire school, both primary and secondary, has been operating from a temporary campus at the entry of Austin Lakes estate since opening in 2011.

This move to the new site on California Crescent is permanent, with principal Orlando dos Santos predicting the campus will eventually host 1200 students.

Austin Lakes Central open for business

The new Austin Lakes Central shopping precinct was officially opened with a free community market day on Saturday, 19 November 2016.

Approximately 1200 people came out to welcome this newest addition to the community.

Featuring an IGA Supermarket fitted with gourmet delicatessen fully stocked with local WA products, a Cellarbrations Liquor Store and the Stone's Throw Café, the centre is already becoming a community hub.
