Pistacia Way Park

The first of more than five lush parks to open in Botanical, Pistacia Way Park offers areas and activities for all the family to enjoy. Green grass wraps around a modern playground, basketball hoop, and soccer goal, with shaded seating for parents to supervise while kids explore their local park in Mickleham. Bring along a picnic basket while the kids run around, or join the game and make some new memories with the family.

Mount Ridley Nature Conservation

Untouched natural beauty is just beyond your doorstep at Botanical in Mickleham, with Mount Ridley Nature Conservation fringing the estate’s eastern edge. This treasured reserve protects rare species like the Golden Sun Moth and Matted Flax-Lily. The Red Gum Grassy Woodland and young River Red Gums make for a tranquil bushland retreat. With a designated off-leash area in the north east corner and gorgeous walking trails winding through the reserve, you’ll be in a paradise of your own.

Banda Bail Reserve

Right on the edge of Botanical, between your home and the sprawling Mount Ridley bushland, this 4.9-hectare conservation reserve is a sanctuary for endangered plants and animals. Named by Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung elders, “Banda Bail” means ‘Sleepy Red Gum’. It’s truly a space where nature and culture meet. Opened in 2021, the reserve offers a unique opportunity to walk through protected grassy eucalypt woodland and connect with Country and community.

Annadale Park Playground
