Parks and Playgrounds in Mickleham

With over 30 hectares of planned open space, your family will have plenty of room to play, relax and grow.

At the heart of Botanical, you’ll find a planned 22-hectare Botanical Park featuring wetlands, a playground and breathtaking botanical-themed gardens, all just waiting to be explored.

Throughout Botanical there will be hectares of lush greenery, pocket parks, plus a sporting oval and a vast network of walking and cycling trails that connect the whole neighbourhood.

One of Botanical’s most stunning landscape features is the abundance of mature river red gum trees peppered throughout. The grand stature of these trees creates a beautiful and tranquil environment within the estate’s parks and open spaces.

Botanical's first park is under construction

The Stage 4 park, located at the roundabout intersection of Poppy Street and Brossard Road, has just started construction and is planned to open in Spring 2020.

The 7500-square metre open space is within walking distance of all homes within Botanical’s first neighbourhood. It features an all-ages playground as well as a multipurpose court with basketball net and a large kick-about space with soccer goals (pictured above).
