Established in 1954, Kwinana Tennis Club has grown into a community-focused club serving up mixed doubles, friendly competitions, and social nights. There are eight hard courts and a modern clubhouse, with a social culture and coaching offered for all ages and skill levels.
Kwinana Golf Course is a challenging course in a calm environment surrounded by native woodland. Towering Marri, Tuart, and Eucalyptus trees line the fairways, while the pro shop, practice range, and bar and bistro create a welcoming environment after a round. The course hosts competitions and welcomes members and new golfers.
For more than 60 years, Kwinana Cricket Club has brought locals together over a love of cricket. The club runs senior teams in the South Metropolitan Cricket Association, plus junior pathways through the Woolworths Junior and Master Blasters. Training sessions, home games, and community events take place at the Fiona Harris Pavilion.
The Kwinana Knights and Junior Knights have been a proud part of local footy culture since 1961. The senior club runs Men’s C1 and Reserves, Women’s C1, and Colts teams, with the Junior Knights supporting youngsters from Pre-Primary to Year 12 through a range of programs.
Founded in 1954, Kwinana United has supported generations of passionate soccer players. Today, the club fields competitive men’s teams across multiple divisions, plus a strong junior program for ages 5-18.

Koorliny Arts Centre is a cultural anchor for the Kwinana community, hosting performances, workshops and creative programs throughout the year. It is a key venue for local arts, with productions that regularly draw a full house as well as community engagement programs.

This long-standing centre supports residents with practical programs, creative workshops, and community services.
Wellard Pavilion is a flexible space suited to small gatherings, community meet-ups and regular activities. Tables, chairs and a kiosk area make it simple to host workshops or group sessions. Bookings can be made online through SpaceToCo.
John Wellard Community Centre is a modern, multi-room facility with breakout spaces, shared kitchens, and both indoor and outdoor areas for family or community use. Rooms range from meeting spaces to child-friendly creche areas, and can be booked through SpaceToCo.
Cassia Share Place is a dedicated community venue available for local groups to hire. It was originally built as the Cassia Sales Office and has since been transformed into a space suitable for classes, workshops, book clubs, playgroups, and other community initiatives.
The Cassia Community Sponsorship Program, funded by DevelopmentWA, helps to grow local initiatives. Funding is available for events, activities, equipment or new programs, with applications accepted year-round.
