The Catalina way of life is about meeting neighbours, making new friends and getting to know what makes your neighbourhood special. At Satterley we have a Community Development Team dedicated to building community, relationships and a great lifestyle.
Your own "go-to" person
When you move into Catalina, you'll have an actual "go-to" person who will be there to help you settle in, answer troubleshooting questions, connect you with your neighbours and be there to inform you about local clubs, interest groups, business and services.
Enliven your neighbourhood
Your Community Development Coordinator is there to enliven your new neighbourhood through an ongoing calendar of free activities and events designed especially for your community. You never know what friendships might flourish at one of our neighbourhood gatherings!
