You’ll enter into two separate agreements. One with Satterley for the land and another with your chosen builder for the home. This structure offers transparency and allows you to work with specialised professionals throughout the process.

The advertised price for house and land packages in Clarkson and Mindarie at Catalina includes the land and a turnkey home. Your new build is ready to move in, with everything from windows and blinds to floor coverings, fencing, landscaping, and premium appliances. 

However, optional upgrades, such as premium finishes, customisations, or landscaping, may incur additional costs. Builders provide a list of standard inclusions for clarity
