Events & Activities in Catalina, Clarkson

On Saturday, October 19th, we celebrated the official opening of Napoli Park in Catalina Beach. The park was filled with excited children and families.

The event attracted approximately 1,000 attendees and featured a variety of activities. From rock painting and a fishing game to mini golf and bubbles produced by a giant bubble machine, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Children enjoyed the ice cream, while adults savoured their coffee, and all attendees relished the delicious meals on offer.

Catalina’s School Holiday Upcycle was a new initiative for the estate, promoting the use of recycled materials and upcycled crafts through imaginative play. Activities included rag rug weaving (Befriend), Nature Craft (Remida), Loose Parts Play (Pause, Rewind, Play) and cardboard craft (Satterley). Approximately 50 people attended over the morning, with all families staying for a significant amount of time. It was lovely to see mums, dads and grandparents being engaged in the event and actively participating in each activity along with the kids.

The first weekend of Spring marked the official opening of the new display village in Catalina Beach. The event was curated to inform and upskill prospective buyers on the journey to building their new home. Display Village builders were engaged to deliver short information sessions ranging from choosing the perfect lot to floorplan and kitchen design. The afternoon concluded with a sundowner, with attendees, builder representatives and VIP guests.
