Where is the site?

Built on ex-farmland and vines, Clementine will form part of the suburb of Upper Swan, located 40 minutes northeast of Perth. The site is bound by Railway Parade and Orange Avenue to the east, and Rose Street to the south, with the Ellen Brook running along the western border.
