The station opened in late 2024 as part of the METRONET expansion, bringing over 500 parking bays, bike shelters, and passenger facilities. Parking is located just off The Parkway in Ellenbrook. Being next door to Ellenbrook Central, the largest shopping centre near Upper Swan, means you can pick up groceries on your way home without adding extra time to your day.
Midland Station
After more than 50 years, Midland is getting a much-appreciated new train station just in time for Clementine to come to life. The revitalised and relocated station is scheduled to open in early 2026 with more than 800 parking bays. You can reach Midland train station by car in around 20 minutes from Clementine, or hop on bus 310 heading down the Great Northern Highway to arrive in around 30 minutes. From there, the ride into Perth is under 30 minutes.
Transperth bus route 310 runs between Ellenbrook and Midland stations with daily services from morning until evening. Route 310 stops several times within Clementine, which makes it easy to leave the car at home. The route is a helpful option when you want to reach Perth, the Airport, or surrounding suburbs without having to worry about parking.
Clementine’s convenient location near the Great Northern Highway, West Swan Road, and Tonkin Highway means you can always reach your destination easily. These major driving routes connect you to Perth CBD in about 35 minutes and Perth Airport in around 25 minutes. Whether you work in the city or in the mines, it’s never hard to get there. You can also reach Ellenbrook and Midland in a short drive for school runs, shopping trips, or local employment.
