Dalyellup Beach offers world-class education facilities, with four schools located in the estate: Dalyellup Primary School, Tuart Forest Primary School, Dalyellup College and Bunbury Baptist College, offering residents options from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Tuart Forest Primary School has set the new benchmark for public school design, which is now being replicated throughout Western Australia, while Dalyellup College has had a major $30M upgrade in 2015.
Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School, a primary and secondary school, is also only 2km from the estate.
Child care centres and early learning centres within Dalyellup Beach estate include: Milestones Early Learning, Bunbury Baptist Early Learning Centre and Dalyellup Beach Playgroup.

Transport

Dalyellup Beach estate is located just off Bussell Highway, which means you have easy access to the South West and Perth.
Bunbury is within reach, as Dalyellup is serviced by TransBunbury and there are routes available to and from the Bunbury Bus Station.
If Perth is your origin or destination, you can catch a TransWA train or even a South West Coach Lines bus from Bunbury.

Shopping

Dalyellup Beach estate has a well established shopping centre including Woolworths, chemist, newsagency and a range of coffee shops and specialty stores. There's even a McDonalds at Dalyellup!
There is also a medical centre and private vet. Everything you need is at your doorstep.
A larger-scale commercial centre is currently being planned which will contain essential and non-essential services, amenities, shops and restaurants. The Tavern is under construction and plans for a town civic square are underway.
