Windsor 28 Floorplan
his four-bedroom abode has not one, but TWO bedrooms with walk-in-robes, perfect for a growing family or house-sharing! The separate loo is good for that, too.
Step into the kitchen for simple, yet clever design. As you enter from the hallway, a generous island bench is to one side with the dining room adjacent, ideal for the entertainer. With your double sink and oven located on the side of the kitchen, your island bench in the centre of the room clear for loads of bench space.
What else? Well, the storage is plentiful. You’ve got a walk-in-linen, walk-in-pantry (chat to a Homebuyers Centre New Homes Coach about the Butler’s Pantry option too!), and your laundry is a decent size with sliding door access to the outside. You also get a separate study and a theatre room to the front of the home.
Handy Hint: If you’re looking for a boujee upgrade, a window splashback takes this home to the next level. Hello, natural light.

A Mid-Century-inspired exterior reveals a home’s relaxed and inviting interior.
Inspired by the design of mid-century homes, the Emerson façade of the Windsor 28 features a wide gable roof with battening, offset by a brick pier, creating an adaptable style that can be contemporary or classic.
On display at Bluestone estate, Tarneit, the home’s façade compliments the interior bohemian scheme within, that embodies a youthful, adventurous feel, evocative of a modern Marrakesh style.
The home uses the predetermined Industrial colour scheme with a neutral, warmer palette and warmer tones of beige and terracotta featured in soft furnishings, that easily adapt to a contemporary or vibrant style.
In the kitchen, a white splashback and white benchtops form the backdrop to overhead cabinetry in natural oak and lower cinder-coloured cupboards, creating a contrast between light and dark.
Cohesive timber laminate flooring features throughout the home including to the primary bedroom, which can be easily layered with rugs. Arches also feature as part of the design, referencing souk style, creating a nomadic, almost Bedouin feel.
The primary bedroom reflects this through the silhouettes in bedside tables and pendant lighting with rattan shades. “Bedroom one has a Dulux brushed paint finish, so there’s a textured, artisanal feel,” says Nadija. “It has a rawness to it.”Elsewhere, different rugs in the home’s main spaces add texture and pattern, while also referencing the same souk style.
“The home is a modern bohemian style – inspired by a retreat. It’s relaxing and inviting, with a blend of contemporary and boho charm.”
