Since 2013, Eden Beach has run a variety of events and activities throughout the estate, which has allowed the community to grow and prosper into the thriving, coastal community hub it is today. Satterley’s in-house community team hosted a variety of events including farmers markets, display village openings, Telethon Home auctions, movie nights, cultural festivals, small business networking and hawkers’ markets to name just some.
Through several community groups and businesses, residents can still experience a variety of events and activities that the whole family can enjoy.
Enjoy 32km of pristine coastline, walking trails through Yanchep National Park as well as a network of adventure playgrounds, community centres and libraries. The City of Wanneroo also hosts a range of well-attended events such as Pictures in the Park, Summer Sideshow and Twilight Markets. Embrace a rich community life with access to numerous recreational, cultural, and social opportunities that make living in Wanneroo truly special.
You don’t have to go far to find a great read with the Clarkson Library less than 10km away located opposite Ocean Keys Shopping Centre. In addition to borrowing books, magazines and movies in person or through the online catalogue, the library runs a vast array of programs, events and activities including popular early childhood Rhymetime and Storytime sessions.
