A neighbourhood shaped around landscape

Set on the former Kingswood Golf Course in Dingley Village, the Kingswood masterplan brings together future homes, landscaped open spaces, retained trees and new neighbourhood connections.

Approximately 10 hectares of open space are proposed across the neighbourhood, including parks, landscaped corridors, wetlands and around 3.4 kilometres of shared walking and cycling paths.

More than 800 existing trees are proposed to be retained, supported by more than 1,500 new trees across streets, parks and public spaces.

Kingswood will include a mix of residential land, house and land packages and architecturally designed townhomes. Design guidelines prepared by Rothelowman will help shape the architecture, materials and landscaping throughout the neighbourhood.
