Dianella is situated approximately 10km northeast of Perth’s CBD. The suburb’s location places it within a reasonable commuting distance, with travel times typically ranging from 16 minutes by car, subject to traffic conditions.

Satterley has acquired two parcels of land in Dianella. The former Channel 9 site on Gay Street and the former Channel 10 site bordered by Cottonwood Crescent.
