Kingswood Sales Centre opens in Dingley Village

Kingswood marked an exciting milestone on Sunday 16 August, officially opening the doors to its new Sales Centre in Dingley Village.

Over 500 people joined us throughout the day to explore Kingswood, meet the team and experience the new Sales Centre for the first time.

Visitors were able to take a closer look at the Kingswood masterplan, explore the lots and pricing planned for the first land release ahead of the official sales launch, and discover the range of house and land packages and townhomes coming to the neighbourhood.The day also featured food and beverages, live entertainment and plenty of opportunity to speak one-on-one with the Kingswood Sales team.

A new place to discover Kingswood
Located at 179 Centre Dandenong Road, Dingley Village, the new Sales Centre has been designed to give prospective purchasers a more detailed understanding of the vision for Kingswood. At the centre of the space is the interactive Kingswood masterplan, allowing visitors to explore the neighbourhood, understand where future homes, open spaces and connections will be located, and take a closer look at individual areas of the development.

The Sales Centre also provides a place for buyers to explore their different options, whether they are considering land to build their own home, a house and land package or a townhome.

For those who are new to purchasing land and building, the Kingswood team is also available to help explain the buying process, from choosing a lot and understanding finance through to settlement and preparing to build.

Explore the first land release
Following the opening, information on the first Kingswood land release is now available to explore online. Prospective purchasers can view the lots and pricing planned for the initial release, explore the wider Kingswood masterplan and take a closer look at house and land packages and townhome opportunities. Further information on the timing of the first land release will be shared soon.
