Myella crowned Best Residential Subdivision at UDIA WA 2024 Awards for Excellence
Myella in Wanneroo was awarded the top honour in the category of Best Residential Subdivision at the recent UDIA WA 2024 Awards for Excellence.
Uniquely positioned on the shores of beautiful Lake Joondalup, bordered by extensive bushland yet close to excellent neighbouring amenities, Myella balances natural beauty with modern living, a boutique estate offering a tight-knit community intertwined with nature.
Myella is located within a high growth corridor close to quality infrastructure including major roads, public transport, and employment hubs. With Joondalup City Centre just 5 minutes away, you can arrive in the Perth CBD in under 30 minutes via the Freeway. Joondalup Train Station and Currambine Train Station are also both close by, as well as generous Transperth bus routes servicing this established area.
The community includes 16 kilometres of cycling and walking paths to promote connectivity and an active lifestyle. The two parks within the estate offer landscaped areas with plenty of shade trees, playground and nature equipment, shaded seating and generous grassed areas for family activities.
Satterley was also awarded two Commendations at the awards:
- Brighton / Eden Beach in the category of Best Masterplanned Community
- Jordan Williams in the category of Young Property Leader
Congratulations to all the staff, contractors and connections who have been involved in these fantastic projects.
