Satterley is proud to announce that the 2026 Telethon Home is now under construction in Clementine Estate, bringing to life a project that combines contemporary family design, community spirit and support for a cause that matters deeply across Western Australia. This year’s Telethon Home, crafted by Blueprint Homes in the tranquil surroundings of Upper Swan, is more than a showcase residence. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the future of sick, disadvantaged and vulnerable children through Telethon’s life-changing work.
Situated on a generous 596sqm block with outlooks across the Ellen Brook Foreshore Reserve, the home has been thoughtfully designed for modern family life. The layout includes four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a powder room, a dedicated games room, a quiet study nook, and spacious open-plan kitchen and living areas that flow seamlessly to large outdoor entertaining spaces.
Construction milestones are already being celebrated, with the concrete slab poured and first bricks laid in early 2026. Special guests including Fat Cat and Telethon’s 2025 Little Telethon Star, Jordan Blair, marked the bricklaying event, highlighting the partnership between Satterley, Blueprint Homes and the Telethon community.
The Telethon Home holds a special place in Western Australia’s fundraising tradition. Over nearly six decades, Telethon has raised more than $770 million to support vital medical research, equipment, services and programs that help children and families across the state. The proceeds from the 2026 Telethon Home sale during the 17–18 October Telethon Weekend will be fully donated to continue this important work.
Clementine’s role in hosting the Telethon Home reflects Satterley’s ongoing commitment to community and giving back. The estate’s combination of rural character and modern convenience makes it an ideal backdrop for this year’s Telethon Home, reinforcing both lifestyle appeal and community connection.
Stay up to date with construction progress and follow the journey from slab to sold as we count down to the 2026 Telethon Weekend. Together, we can help make a lasting difference to the lives of Western Australian children and their families.
