Unveiling The 2026 Telethon Home: 45 Years of Land Donations

Last night, we had the great pleasure of officially launching the 2026 Telethon Home at Clementine Estate in Upper Swan, marking another proud chapter in Satterley’s longstanding partnership with Telethon.

This year’s Telethon Home brings together the quality of a Blueprint Home, the natural beauty of Clementine, and the generosity of Western Australian families and businesses. The home has been thoughtfully designed, giving families space and flexibility, including:

• Four generous bedrooms
• Two bathrooms plus a powder room
• Dedicated games room
• Quiet study nook
• Spacious open-plan kitchen and living area
• Large front-facing entertaining area including pool and private rear alfresco

For over 45 years Satterley has donated the land for the Telethon Home, helping to support the extraordinary work Telethon does for sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children across Western Australia.

This year is particularly special, marking the 54th year that our Founder and Chief Executive, Nigel Satterley AM, has been personally involved with Telethon.
While the finished Home is something we can all be proud of, it is also a powerful example of what Satterley’s Vision and Values look like in practice.

Our Vision is to create enduring value by shaping places that truly matter. The Telethon Home brings that vision to life. It takes what we do every day, creating places for people to call home, and uses it to make a meaningful contribution to the wider Western Australian community.

The 2026 Telethon Home officially opens to the public this Saturday 5th September from 12pm to 5pm and will be sold by Private Treaty, with offers invited from $1.3 million, including all furnishings.
