Where is "North Stoneville"?

The area earmarked for development in North Stoneville is a 555 hectare property north of Mundaring, framed by Roland Road to the west, Stoneville Road to the east and Kilburn Road to the south.

What will the community look like?

The masterplan is an illustrated version of the Local Structure Plan and aims to give a more conceptual representation of the development. The masterplan shows the community as a pattern of distinct villages separated by open space and a woodland conservation and recreation area. The property will be serviced with scheme water, reticulated sewer, underground power and NBN telecommunications.

LOCAL STRUCTURE PLAN & PLACE BLUEPRINT

Local Structure Plan advertising now complete

The advertising period for formal submissions on the North Stoneville Local Structure Plan (LSP) closed as of Thursday 10 January 2019. The Shire reviewed submissions received and provided a recommendation to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) that will make the final determination on whether the proposed Structure Plan should be approved (with or without modifications) or rejected. This process can take several months.
