Pre-release process

Due to an increase in demand, a pre-release process has been implemented across a range of Satterley projects.

This new process aims to give customers the best chance of purchasing their preferred block. Retail customers will receive a reminder regarding releases they have registered their interest in, a few days prior to the blocks becoming publicly available.

To place your clients in the best position possible to successfully purchase their desired block, please ensure your clients have registered their interest on estates they are looking to purchase in. This will place them emailing list to receive the pre-release reminder.

Please also brief them on the right documents and information to have available on their expression of interest to the Estate Manager. This includes:

• Letter of Eligibility from a bank or broker
• Finance type
• Block preferences (up to 3)
• Buyer type
