2019 Telethon Home by New Level – Now open for viewing at The Hales

The 2019 Telethon Home by New Level is now open for visitors! After the resounding success of the 2018 Telethon Home by New Level, the same team has joined forces again to raise money for the Telethon Kids Institute. As in 2018, this year’s home will be built in Satterley’s popular The Hales Estate on Evergreen Grove, adjacent to the newly landscaped parkland and close to the beautiful new Display Village.

Satterley is excited to once again partner with New Level Homes, who have built the Metropolitan Telethon home for the last 14 years; a wonderful contribution to help raise funds for such a worthwhile cause. The 2019 home is a custom designed home that blends coastal charm and country design elements seamlessly.

Satterley CEO, Nigel Satterley said, “It is exciting to once again have this year’s home in one of our newest estates The Hales. Last year was a major success and we hope to once again raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of children and young people across WA.”

The Hales is a meticulously designed Satterley community that will feature ten landscaped parks and two playgrounds when complete. The Hales has developed around iconic natural landscaping features including the existing native Marri and Jarrah trees and the waters of Crumpet Creek that run throughout the community. Modern livability without compromise is the ethos The Hales is developed upon, and we are proud to be the home of the 2019 Telethon Home by New Level.

Make sure you add the Live Auction date to your calendar, to join a morning of fun at The Hales. Sunday October 27 9am to 12pm will celebrate raising funds for the Telethon Kids Institute with a family day filled with all things fun! Plus you’ll see Fat Cat and the team at Channel 7 as we launch the live home auction!

Until the exciting home auction takes place and a new resident becomes the owner of the beautiful home, the 2019 Telethon Home by New Level is Open for public viewing on the following dates and times:

Opening weekend: Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September, 1pm – 5pm
