5 Things to Do at Eden Beach

Eden Beach, Jindalee, young mother and daughter running along the sand

Eden Beach is a growing coastal community situated in the northern suburb of Jindalee. With direct beach access, Eden Beach is the ideal place to call home if daily trips to beautiful sandy beaches are how you like to wind down after a busy day.  With the newly opened Beach House and stunning views overlooking the ocean, Eden Beach really does have it all. Its location not only gives you an idyllic location, it also offers close proximity to surrounding areas such as Joondalup and Yanchep as well as speedy public transport connecting you to Perth CBD in under 40 minutes.

It’s easy to see why so many residents have chosen to call Eden Beach home and with new land for sale, you too can join a thriving community with so much to offer.

Below we share some of our favourite things to do from home, at Eden Beach.

EXPLORE NATURE

Beyond the beach, Eden Beach is nestled in the bustling City of Wanneroo community which has a wealth of nature spots everyone in the family will love. Yanchep National Park is one of our favourites, complete with the famous Koala Boardwalk, several bushland trails and picnic and barbecue facilities. After a bite to eat or treat at the Yanchep Inn, take a walk around the lake, spot some wild kangaroos and finish with an ice cream as you watch the sun go down.

GET SANDY

Eden Beach has beautiful sandy shores and turquoise water to adventure in and there are so many other similarly delightful spots nearby too! Yanchep Lagoon, Quinns Beach and Claytons Beach are great spots to explore. Quinns Beach even has a netted swimming area for you to enjoy an ocean swim with peace of mind.

VENTURE TO JOONDALUP

Hop on the train at Butler station, just five minutes from Eden Beach and head to Joondalup where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and fun things to do. Enjoy a film at Grand Cinemas or try your luck at the newly opened Zone Bowling where you’ll find laser tag, arcades and more. If you’re looking for something more relaxing, take a wander around Lakeside Joondalup and grab a coffee at one of the many cafes in the shopping centre or pick up some lunch or healthy treats at Health Freak Cafe.

STAY HOME

It’s true, Eden Beach is surrounded by so much to see and do, but you don’t have to leave the community to find fun and adventure. Whether you’re looking for a day at the beach or a drink and a bite to eat, a workout in the park or a haven for your kids at The Eden Beach Foreshore Park and Playground; there is so much here to enjoy as a family.

VISIT ONE OF THE MARINA’S IN THE AREA

The Northern suburbs are home to a number of marinas, which make the perfect day out for the whole family. Mindarie Marina, a fifteen minute drive from the estate, has plenty of things to see and do including whale watching boat trips, kayak hire and more! If adrenaline-filled activities aren’t you’re thing, head to the Indian Ocean Brewing Co. to try some craft beer and enjoy some lunch before taking a walk around the marina as the boats go by.
