Allara – The destination for family living

Allara is fast becoming one of the hottest suburbs for families in the Northern Suburbs. With great options to suit every budget, Allara is leading the way for first home buyers who seek family homes surrounded by amenities to support their family lifestyle.

Allara’s Envirodevelopment certification provides its residents with peace of mind, having achieved in all 6 elements. Sustainability and planning for the future are paramount priorities for the Allara team who will be developing a neighbourhood centre, two schools and indoor recreation centre to sit alongside the established Kinkuna Park and WaterPlay Zone!

Living a family orientated lifestyle at Allara is easy. With so many amenities already here, and many more only a hop skip and a jump away family day trips or stay at home adventures are easy to find. Below we share a few of our favourite family activities all within easy reach of Allara, Eglinton.

Shop Local

Shop local at Butler Shops. With so many favourites now just around the corner including Coles, Dan Murphy, Aldi, SuperAMart, BCF and a variety of food chains to choose from, a family dinner in is within easy reach.

Beach Days

Allara is surrounded by a wealth of beach options, with beautiful Yanchep Lagoon only a short drive away. A popular swimming and snorkelling beach due to the reef which runs northward along the lagoon makes Yanchep Lagoon a perfect family day out.

To the south, visit Alkimos Beach with the famous Alkimos Shipwreck! The Shipwreck has called the shores home since 1963 and is a great day trip with a spooky history to match. Grab an ice cream and enjoy the turquoise WA waters

Yanchep National Park

Picnic spots aplenty are found at Yanchep National Park. Brink your own bite to eat and enjoy family time on the grass. Grab a coffee at the Yanchep Tea Rooms and wander along the boardwalk to see the Koala’s hiding in the trees. Pop along later in the afternoon and the resident Kangaroos may even hop out to say ‘hello!’. If you’re feeling more active, choose from one of the range of trail walks ranging from 500m to over 46kms – something for every age and ability.

More than 400 caves can be seen throughout the park with Crystal Cave perhaps the most famous, where the ‘jewelled city’ shares geological delights.

Golfing adventure

Situated in the National Park, the nine-hole Yanchep Golf Course is set in Kangaroo habitat so you might make some friends along the course. Sun City Country Club has a range of membership options if you’re an avid golfer who enjoys the idea of participating in a community club.

Easy city access

Eglinton Train Station is on the horizon. Located just across the road from your new home at Allara and stationed between the new Alkimos and Yanchep train stations the CBD will soon be in easy reach for city job opportunities and weekend visits.

Dine locally

A range of delicious casual and formal dining options surround Allara. Quick and easy convenience food can be found at the Butler Shopping Precinct whereas casual dining can be found at the Yanchep Lagoon café, The Pickled Herring, Yanchep Inn and Oceans 27 to name a few.
