Allara is a hub of entreprenurial spirit

Allara in the heart of Eglinton is a thriving community offering a coastal lifestyle to suit everyone with one of the largest range of homesites in the region. Together our community aims to live in a smarter and more sustainable way, saving money and being mindful about our environmental footprint. By living in Allara, you know that you are living in a community that aims to make smart choices that have minimal impact on the environment that extends far beyond the boundaries of your front yard.
Our community embraces innovation which has enabled Allara to become a hub of forward-thinking solutions and amenity for the enjoyment of all. Perhaps this mindset is why Allara is also home to so many business owners; residents who have chosen to embrace being an entrepreneur and have pursued their skills and talents, running their own business.
Acknowledging that so many Allara residents are business owners, both mobile and based from home, Allara created the Allara Share Place. Utilising the Allara Sales Office on Revolution Avenue, just north of Pipidinny Road, modifications were made to transform the office to an innovative co-use share space to be used by residents, local community groups and local businesses.

Allara Share Place aims to enhance community life and connections within Allara by making available a temporary indoor space for small group gatherings, meetings, hot-desking, workshops and community functions outside of regular Sales Office opening times. The initiative supports local business owners by providing a space separate to their normal working environment, which may be from home or mobile. The Allara Share Place initiative creates a professional working space that brings a work-life balance to resident’s lifestyles.
The Allara Share Place includes:
- Indoor space with existing furniture
- Kitchenette
- Hot desks
- Workshop/function equipment (trestle tables, chairs etc.)
- Accessible toilet
- Outdoor covered seating area
- Grassed area
- Parking, including ACROD bays
Allara Estate does not collect any fees for the use of the Share Place but requests a donation to the Channel 7 Telethon Trust to help sick and disadvantaged children in WA.
Every Allara resident is eligible to use the Allara Share Space and can book a one-off time slot or regular time by contacting Community Development Coordinator, Katie Dixon or by visiting the Allara Share Place here.
