Father and daughter to live their coastal dream at Seaside

Seaside, Madora Bay, welcome new resident
Michael Wells and his daughter will become one of the first residents to experience the idyllic beachside lifestyle offered at Seaside.

Situated on Seacliff Approach in Madora Bay, Michael has secured a 525 sqm block featuring a sought-after 17.5m frontage, large enough to store his 22-foot caravan.

Michael and his daughter will be waking up to the sound of waves with Seaside’s neighbourhood boasting direct access to 1km of pristine beach.

Located 7km from Mandurah City Centre and surrounded by established shops and amenity, Seaside typifies Western Australia’s laid-back lifestyle, offering a community-focused upbringing that Australian families strive for.

“We have lived in Madora Bay for seven years and this is my third home build in Mandurah. When we were looking to build again, Seaside was the perfect option for us,” said Mr Wells.

“I have always built new homes and not bought an established home due to the stamp duty owed on buying established. I love to design and put my own ideas into the final design of a home.

My vision is to build a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a theatre, scullery, alfresco area and my daughter’s bedroom as a second master with her own private courtyard.”

“I was encouraged to hear Madora Bay was being developed by Satterley as I know their reputation as a quality developer. When we saw this development launched as Seaside, it immediately sounded like home to us,” Mr Wells said.

In addition to the recently announced $25.77 million-dollar Madora Bay Primary School, parks, playgrounds and a beachside plaza are all on the development horizon in Seaside.

These spaces are often used by local community groups such as the Madora Bay Community Association who organise fun family events such as the annual Family Sandcastle Competition recently sponsored by Satterley.

Seaside is a well-connected suburb with surrounding amenities, including restaurants and cafés, including Mr Well’s own café called Tide’s Café schools and transport links. With easy access to Mandurah Road and the Kwinana Freeway, the Perth CBD is an easy journey.

“I love being able to live this close to the beach while still having a block big enough for my caravan. The parks planned for the estate will also be just metres away which will be great for our dog.

My daughter and I are extremely excited and are counting down the days until we move into our dream home in Seaside,” said Mr Wells.

Seaside is giving homebuyers the chance to live this fantastic coastal lifestyle, with house and land packages available from just $425,500.
