Eden Beach has appointed LD Total to help all residents with their fencing needs. LD Total will supply and install fencing to the rear and side boundaries of your home to secure your back yard.

We recommend residents download and complete the Fencing Package application form at least six weeks before the completion of your new home.

LANDSCAPING AT EDEN BEACH

LD total has been appointed to provide landscape and irrigation design and construction services to each of the lots in Eden Beach that have construction completed within eighteen months of settlement, for a single storey dwelling and twenty-four months of settlement for a two storey dwelling. This applies only for front landscaping.
