Last blocks now on sale at The Hales, Forrestfield

Well-known for its leafy green streets and the place of the 2018 and 2019 Telethon Homes, The Hales has just released its last remaining blocks for sale.

Offering contemporary living in a country setting, it is no surprise that The Hales has been a popular choice for both owner-occupiers and investors.

Nestled amongst the Kalamunda foothills, The Hales is in the growing suburb of Forrestfield, only 15 kilometres east of the Perth CBD and 12 minutes from Perth Airport.

Satterley Chief Executive Officer Nigel Satterley said Stage 8 would be one of the most sought-after releases to date.

“This is the final opportunity for people to get their hands on a block of land at The Hales. I urge people to go and see for themselves all that The Hales has to offer before it sells out,” said Mr Satterley.

This final release has a variety of traditional lots available ranging in size from 312 square metres (sqm) to 617sqm, starting from only $255,000.

Mr Satterley said the added advantage of Stage 8 was its prime position and the shape of the lots.

“Stage 8 is centrally located within the estate, surrounded by small pockets of green open spaces, and just a short stroll away from the trickling waters of Crumpet Creek and parklands,” he said.

“The most in demand lots in Western Australia are traditional-shaped parcels of land. Traditional lots provide greater choice when it comes to home design options and allow more room for a front and back yard,” he added.

The perks of living at The Hales

  • You’ll be only minutes away from some of Perth’s best attractions including Lesmurdie Falls, Whistlepipe Gully, Mundy Regional Park and the many weekend markets to explore, offering fresh produce and a range of artisan products.
  • Get the best of both worlds. Live in a leafy green community surrounded by nature in a new and modern estate.
  • Popular amongst investors, the suburb of Forrestfield has been earmarked by the State Government for future growth including projects such as the Forrestfield-Airport Link and future train station that will provide direct access to the Perth CBD and airport within minutes.
  • The Hales is strategically located close to Roe and Tonkin highways, 12 minutes from Perth Airport and the Direct Factory Outlet. Hawaiian’s Forrestfield shopping centre is only one kilometre away, and there are several public and private schools within close reach.
  • The Hales will feature 10 landscaped parks and two playgrounds including an adventure playground located in the heart of the estate, recreation areas with football goals, parks with play equipment and one of the biggest drawcards to residents, a fenced dog park.
