WHAT TO BRING TO THE BEACH

Planning for the day at the beach can be the most crucial step to ensuring your family has a comfortable, safe and fun day out.

  • Don’t forget to pack the essentials; towels and sunscreen. Invest in a sunshield to keep you sheltered when the sun is at its strongest and a hand held fan to keep you cool.
  • Pack bats and balls to keep the kids entertained when they’re in and out of the water.
  • Look after your wallet and pack a picnic with snack and drinks to enjoy during your day at the beach. Grab a picnic blanket and an esky to keep your refreshments cool. You’re set for the day!

STAY SUN SAFE

Staying safe in the sun is one of the most crucial elements to enjoy coastal living.

  • Pack a hat, sunscreen and ensure you reapply every hour and after each time you’ve been in the water. Remember to slip, slap slop!
  • Use a sunshield or pop up tent with UV protection to keep sheltered from the sun.

Enjoying coastal life at Allara can be more than spending the day at the beach. Why not head to the beach as the sun sets, take a stroll or relax with a picnic and enjoy WA’s idyllic views of the ocean and beyond.
