Meet the buyers of our last remaining lot at Honeywood estate, Wandi!

Chloe Tuck and her partner, Miroa Mohi, along with their new baby and border collie, will become the lucky last residents to move into the now sold out Honeywood community, after securing the last ever lot – a 357sqm corner lot.

Having first heard about the Wandi area from a friend, the young couple decided Honeywood estate would provide them with the quiet and safe community they were looking for.

“We wanted to be close to the freeway but still live in a nice, quiet suburb that felt homely, and Honeywood estate ticked both boxes,” said Ms Tuck.

She added “We are looking forward to being able to enjoy the new parks with our dog and our daughter.”

Currently living in Kelmscott, Chloe and Miroa are also looking forward to being closer to Cockburn Shopping Centre, their main shopping destination of choice, located less than 10 minutes from the estate.

The pair will be building with Blueprint Homes, opting for a 3x2 home with a theatre that can be used as a fourth bedroom. It’ll be the couple’s first-time building, with Chloe revealing they wanted the ability to be in a brand-new home as well as have the freedom to change things around in the design.

Honeywood started development in 2011 and is now a vibrant and thriving community comprising over 1400 homes and more than 4000 happy residents.

Although Honeywood is now officially sold out, Satterley’s new ‘Florence Estate’, located just across the road in Mandogalup, is coming soon. To register your interest or find out more, visit FlorenceEstate.com.au
