More than just a land estate, everything is art at ‘Gallery’ the newest neighbourhood by Satterley

Satterley is pleased to announce that works have commenced onsite at its newest Perth project, ‘Gallery’.

The team at Satterley is thrilled to be part of the journey to transform the Carawatha residential development site, bounded by North Lake Road and Archibald Street in Willagee into a neighbourhood that offers a new style of living.

This vibrant new community will offer a range of quality housing options amongst beautiful green parks and open space for the entire community to enjoy.

Melville Mayor Russell Aubrey said the City had made a long-term commitment to the community of Willagee to revitalise and invigorate the suburb when it purchased the site in 2006.

“We have worked closely with Willagee residents, businesses and school children over the years, and together we planned and realised the vision of the first two stages of the project, including the much loved Carawatha Park and the natural bushland area.  Stage three will be an exciting completion of this journey.”

Sustainable, integrated, attractive and contemporary are set to be the hallmarks of Gallery, the neighbourhood precinct that forms the final stage of the City of Melville’s Revitalisation Plan for the Carawatha site.

Many of the mature trees will be retained within the development precinct to continue the green, leafy tree lined streets that people know and love. Future residents living here will be able to walk to existing local shops and easily reach places further afield with public transport stops on their doorstep.

Satterley founder and CEO Nigel Satterley said it was a fantastic infill project that would offer a range of housing options to residents who know and love the Willagee area.

“Gallery will offer buyers a unique opportunity to live in a brand-new home within an established suburb with all the lifestyle conveniences in a place that already has a strong community spirit” said Mr Satterley.

“We certainly see the potential of this project as we prepare for the next phase of growth in the Western Australian property cycle.”

“Satterley is excited to be part of shaping this great community and to have the opportunity to bring our knowledge and expertise to the project,” he added.

The development will offer 13 park-facing homesites, four apartment precincts (up to three to four storeys with onsite parking), turnkey terrace homesites, four villa homesites and 10 street-facing homesites.

Titles are expected to be available from early 2020. Land sales will commence later this year. Interested parties can register for email updates at
