Welcoming The Eden to Eden Beach, Jindalee in 2019

‘The Eden’ beach club is coming soon to Eden Beach, Jindalee. Anticipated to launch in 2019, the 250-seater licensed beach club will be a hub of activity in the north, providing drinks, coffees and snacks by day and dinner and drinks by night.

With such significant growth in the northern corridor, restaurants like The Eden are set to become a regular hangout for locals as well as visitors from further afield. The idyllic beachside location was the perfect choice for restaurant operator Mathew Walker. “We’re excited to join in the buzz of Eden Beach. The new Foreshore Park and Playground next to direct beach access have already made this pocket of paradise a must-visit place for many locals. When the opportunity for a beachside restaurant came up, we knew this would be the perfect fit for us, and we feel confident the addition of delicious food and hot and cold drinks surrounded by ocean views, just a stone’s throw from the water itself will be well supported by the community” Mr Walker comments.

The new beach club has been built with lifestyle in mind, constructed facing the water and adjacent to the Eden Beach Foreshore Park and Playground to capitalise on the beautiful sunsets Western Australian is famous for. With direct beach access across from the beach club, weekends and after-work catch ups with loved ones we have a new meaning for the Eden Beach residents and wider local community.  “Since construction began, new and prospective residents are always popping into the land sales office, interested to find out more about what is coming to the foreshore. The new renders of The Eden have helped us provide visitors with a true to life idea of what their newest amenity will look like and how this will enhance their lifestyle at Eden Beach. We are so lucky to have the direct beach access, beautiful Eden Beach Foreshore Park and Playground and the addition of The Eden really will bring a hive of activity to our foreshore” said Heinz Pfenninger, Eden Beach Estate Manager.

The beach club’s elevation and alfresco make the most of its 200m proximity to the beach and iconic ocean views. With a kiosk fronting the park to serve takeaway coffee, ice creams and casual snacks The Eden will be multi-purpose and an all-year-round amenity. Public toilets will sit underneath the elevated beach club with space designated for storage of Surf Lifesaving Australia equipment.

The City of Wanneroo forecasts significant growth in the Wanneroo district, making communities like Eden Beach a hot investment, surrounded by future amenities and existing amenities. Between 2016 and 2026, the age structure forecasts for the City of Wanneroo indicated 39% increase in population of working age people (Population Forecast Fact Sheet 2016 Census Stats). It’s no surprise when the Eden Beach community is within walking distance of so many amenities, already here including Butler Train Station, a network of Transperth bus options, Butler central including; Aldi, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and many more popular retail outlets. With so many more amenities planned for the northern corridor, now really is the time to begin your journey to calling Eden Beach, home.
