Stage 1 of Seven Hills will be released to the market on 7 November, 2015.

Satterley Property Group CEO Nigel Satterley said there had been lots of interest from prospective buyers to secure land at this exclusive estate.

“There has never been anything quite like Seven Hills on the property market and this release gives buyers the chance to live in a master-planned community that is rich in history.”

“We are really trying to capture the essence of what was once an iconic landmark in the design of the estate by including street names such as Broadcast Drive, Televised Crescent and Network Avenue. Public artworks will also aim to pay homage to the former Channel 7 studios,” Mr Satterley said.

Seven Hills is situated only 10km from Perth CBD and is surrounded by established communities and facilities nearby including:

  • Excellent Primary and Secondary schools close by and within easy access to Edith Cowan University

  • 10 minutes to Galleria Shopping Centre
  • 11 minutes to Osborne Park Hospital

The master-planned community will include a planned premium display village which will offer buyers the chance to walk through quality two-storey homes which will set the tone for the community.

“Seven Hills will be a little pocket of luxury for buyers. With amenities close by and adjacent to bushland forever, the estate will boast the best of community lifestyle with a glimmer of city lights.”

“Buyers from retirees to young families who are looking for a little bit of additional space will find their dream homesite at Seven Hills,” Mr Satterley added.
