Satterley’s new Seaside Estate in Madora Bay has become the first presenting partner of the Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail running from December 1st to January 9th this holiday season.

The hugely popular Christmas Lights Trail, now in its third year, is set to welcome over 70,000 visitors with over 23 bright installations to captivate the whole family.

The free family-friendly event is part of a jam-packed calendar of events and activities hosted by the City of Mandurah this Christmas, which included the Christmas pageant bringing Mandurah’s main streets to life with festive fun on Friday 3 December from 6pm.

The Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail can be followed along the Eastern Foreshore, into Mandjar Square and across to the Mandurah Ocean Marina, a 30-40 minute walk featuring a giant 4.4m sparkling Santa and his motorcycle, gigantic reindeer, illuminated pirate ship and a towering 10.5m Christmas tree. There are plenty of chances for insta-snap moments throughout the trail, with a sparkling selfie wreath, giant presents and selfie elves along the way.

Satterley Property Group Chief Executive, Nigel Satterley, said he was pleased to be sponsoring the Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail.

“Mandurah is well known as the go-to destination for its spectacular Christmas displays and activities and we are thrilled for our Seaside estate to be the presenting partner this year,” said Mr. Satterley.

“Seaside is a new Satterley estate located in the growing South-West corridor offering an idyllic family-friendly coastal lifestyle, with direct access to the pristine Madora Bay Beach,” he added.

Mr. Satterley added “The planned $25.77 million-dollar Madora Bay Primary School* and METRONET’s Lakelands Train Station are both set to open in 2023 which will see the establishment of further excellent amenities for local residents.”

The $25.77 million-dollar Madora Bay Primary School is set to accommodate up to 650 students.
