With the current state of the economy not all is doom and gloom with Satterley’s Seven Hills Estate selling 30 per cent of Stage 1 homesites in just two weeks.

On the former Channel 7 studio site, Seven Hills Estate has been in high demand with buyers since the first 18 homesites were released to the market earlier this month.

Satterley Property Group CEO Nigel Satterley said that in the current property market it was outstanding to see such results.

Set in the suburb of Dianella, Seven Hills offers buyers the chance to build their dream home at an iconic Western Australian landmark.

“WA is currently experiencing a soft market and competition is high, yet Seven Hills has sold 30 per cent of the first stage in the first couple of weeks.”

“It’s evident that people are seeing the value and attraction in Seven Hills, whether it’s to secure a piece of Channel 7 history or the great location,” he added.

Stage 1 at Seven Hills offers homesites from 280sq m to 450sq m priced from just $400,000.

“There aren’t many areas that buyers can build their own home with the design and features they want to suit their lifestyle in a location so close to Perth’s CBD and areas like Mount Lawley,” Mr Satterley said.

A display village with approximately 19 premium builders will be located within the estate and will feature quality two-storey homes which will set the standard for the exclusive community.

“The master-planned community will be a little pocket of luxury for buyers. With amenities close by and adjacent to bushland forever, the estate will boast the best of community lifestyle with a glimmer of city lights,” Mr Satterley said.

Situated only 10km from Perth CBD, Seven Hills is surrounded by established communities and facilities nearby including:

- Existing local amenity in the City of Stirling

- Excellent primary and secondary schools close by and within easy access to Edith Cowan University

- Easy access to vibrant Mt Hawthorn and Mt Lawley shopping hubs

- 10 minutes to Galleria Shopping Centre

- 11 minutes to Osborne Park Hospital
