The Hales in Forrestfield is nestled in the Kalamunda Foothills; surrounded by nature and natural bushland while still having all of life modern necessities nearby. When complete, The Hales will have several landscaped parks to enjoy and get amongst nature; all a stone's throw from your front door.
Two feature playgrounds will also be nearby for your enjoyment. Parks within Stage 1B, Stage 2 and Stage 3B are here, ready to be explored by residents and locals alike. The Hales is focused on living surrounded by nature. So much so that all houses in The Hales community are within close proximity to landscaped parkland. The Hales is designed to retain the natural features of the site; built around existing native Marri and Jarrah trees and Crumpet Creek.
