Eden Beach business is growing to new heights

The Studio at Eden Beach is a community initiative that provides a temporary, local space for residents to use to grow their business or to facilitate get-togethers, workshops, private functions or social gatherings. In exchange for a gold coin donation to Eden Beach charity of choice Telethon, The Studio, a 4.5m X 5.5m space, in the heart of Eden Beach, next to the sales office and is available for residents and wider community members.

Dave and Tracey, owners of Zen Life Yoga, used the Studio daily for over 11 months growing their client base in the Jindalee community. Owner Dave Brown said, “When we were looking for a place to start a business but couldn’t find a spot that suited our needs at the right price point. We approached Lyndsey at Satterley to see if the sales office at Eden Beach estate had some space and she came through with the goods!”

As time went by, Zen Life Yoga became a favourite with the local community. So much so, that Dave and Tracey outgrew the Eden Beach space and moved to a new, and more spacious Brighton Commercial location, across from Eden Beach in Butler. Their new Studio is a hub of tranquility with a large yoga and meditation space, creche, changing rooms and waiting area. With classes throughout the day, including Vinyasa yoga, Power Yoga, Meditation, Kids yoga and Zen Creche, Zen Life is growing from strength to strength.

Lyndsey Stoney, Senior Community Development Coordinator at Satterley, “It has been fantastic to watch Zen Life Yoga grow and we are so happy for the progress the business has made. The Studio is a great place for the community to come together and we hope to see more success stories in the future.”

The Community Development team at Eden Beach are proud to have implemented an initiative that supported Dave and Tracey and hopes to support business in the future and for years to come. A growing and sustainable community is one that embraces innovation and having a thriving business like Zen Life in the City of Wanneroo is a fantastic asset for our community to enjoy.
