Welcome to the mid-year newsletter for Upper Point Cook.

In this issue you’ll find a story on the charity auction (and family event) that our community is hosting on Saturday 6th July to raise funds for Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision; a summary of the wonderful schools in the local area, as well as a list of home design trends to look out for (or consider) in the coming months.

UPC to host Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision Charity Auction + Free Family Fun Day

Upper Point Cook residents might have noticed an army of tradespeople and suppliers hard at work recently building a very special home on Joyce St.

The 4-bedroom, fully-furnished home is a collaboration between Fairhaven Homes, Satterley Property Group and more than 100 businesses, all of them working on behalf of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, the charity organisation that raises funds for research into bone marrow failure syndrome.

The fully-furnished Ballina 234, as well as a brand new Mercedes Benz, will go to the highest bidder at a no-reserve auction in July and the proceeds will go to the charity... to read the article in full, download the newsletter above.
