In the heart of the south west is Dalyellup Beach Estate. A community focused on a friendlier and healthier way of life. Dalyellup is a stretch of land alongside the Dalyellup coast between Bunbury and Busselton.

Only seven minutes from the entertainment, restaurants and shopping of Bunbury, you can enjoy the city, beach and forest – all in one day, from the community that won the UDIA WA Award for Excellence 2019: Masterplanned Development, Dalyellup Beach Estate.

One of the many reasons families choose to call Dalyellup Beach home is the beautiful beaches. The beaches in nearby Bunbury are also world-class. Backbeach and Koombana Bay are two of the most popular spots, known for dolphin spotting. At Koombana Bay you can join a swim tour, a wildlife cruise or a meet and greet at the shore.

Getting outdoors and enjoying nature is easy with so many fantastic spots nearby. Big Swamp Walk is a 2.5km walk alongside conservation wetland, ideal for walkers, cyclists, wheelchairs and pushchairs! Manea Park is another suggestion for a 2.3km walk, taking just under an hour. A part of Bunbury’s bush reserve, this parkland is home to many threatened species including the red-tailed black cockatoo and the white-tailed black cockatoo.

Marlston Hill Lookout is another great destination if you’re looking to stretch your legs. Enjoy sweeping views of the City of Bunbury followed by a walk from the lookout to the new chequered lighthouse.

The Bunbury Regional Art Gallery is an exciting space showcasing local artists and touring exhibitions from around the country. The exhibition promises to have strong regional significance and national relevance, located inside one of Bunbury’s oldest historic buildings.

For more laid back entertainment, head to Victoria Street for a vibrant cafe strip and shopping precinct. Green Depot is one of our favourite places, offering shoppers a beautiful plant shop, alongside Sabotage, a unique clothing shop! Shop your heart out and grab a coffee from Benesse, a popular and delicious coffee spot in town.

If you’re looking for a new experience, pop Melo Velo on your ‘must visit’ list. A trio of delights await you including a spin room, cafe and workshop offering patrons spinning classes, bike servicing and delicious coffee – it’s certainly more than your average coffee shop!

There is so much to explore from your home at Dalyellup Beach and Bunbury is only one of these vibrant, thriving nearby locations.
