On Saturday, 7 February, on Maspalomas Drive, we celebrated the opening of the new Seaside Land Sales Office and Seaside Display Village. The precinct features 12 display homes, and the family-friendly program included mermaids, a sand sculptor, the City of Mandurah’s Crab Shack with giveaways, a ball pit, a soft play zone, a live DJ, and the Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club.
On Wednesday, October 8th, the Seaside Spring in the Park event took place, drawing around 400 families. The event brought the community together for an afternoon of fun-filled activities, including designing the Telethon sold sticker, petting zoo, and food trucks. The event also offered frequent transport to and from the new Telethon Home.
On Sunday, April 6, the local community gathered for a delightful day at the newly opened Seaside park. Attendees had the opportunity to create sea-animal canvas art and take part in football drills with the Mandurah Mustang Football Club.
To enhance convenience, attendees got to ride the Seaside Express, eliminating the need to walk between the two parks. The day was further complemented by an array of sweet and savoury treats offered by food vendors.

The Seaside Share Place serves as a co-use facility, featuring the Seaside Sales Office located in the front room, while the remainder of the building is designated for community use.
