Clementine Share Place

The original farmstead cottage has been used as inspiration to create a multi-purpose community space. Named in honour of the former owners and farmers of the land, the new community space is named after the Glavota family and can now be enjoyed by generations to come.

Clementine Share Place is your local community co-use space, located at Clementine Estate in Upper Swan. The purpose of the Facility is to provide a temporary community space to enhance community life and connections.

This beautiful space was designed to incorporate the rustic charm of the original homestead and provide a space for the community to come together and celebrate the sweet moments in life. Clementine Share Place is a great spot for meetings, workshops, fitness classes and community activities such as craft groups books clubs and mothers’ groups.

All bookings for the Clementine Share Place are now made through SpaceToCo, where you can view photos of the space, see our equipment list, check availability and make a booking.

Clementine Estate offers the Clementine Share Place free of charge for community groups and at reduced rates for local businesses and Government. All revenue generated from use of the Clementine Share Place is reinvested into the local community through our community sponsorship program.

Yes, you will need to create an account before making a booking.

At Clementine, we offer a few places to hire out. This includes

  • The Cottage
  • Glavota’s Pavilion & Community Green

The following events are PERMITTED in The Cottage:

  • Meetings
  • Workshops
  • Unincorporated (casual) groups, such as Mother’s Groups and Book Clubs

The following events are PERMITTED in Glavota’s Pavilion & Community Green:

  • Meetings
  • Workshops
  • Community events (both large and small)
  • Unincorporated (casual) groups, such as Mother’s Groups and Book Clubs

The following events are PROHIBITED in both The Cottage and Glavota’s Pavilion & Community Green:

  • Private functions
  • Birthday celebrations, as well as bachelor and bachelorette parties
  • Evening or late-night functions (not permitted after 5 PM)

The Cottage offers the following amenities:

  • Two unisex toilets
  • One accessible toilet equipped with baby change facilities
  • Chairs and a sofa
  • Tables

Glavota’s Pavilion & Community Green provides the following amenities:

  • Two unisex toilets
  • One accessible toilet equipped with baby change facilities
  • Trestle tables
  • Plastic chairs

Yes, street parking is available around the park, and there is also a car park located on the corner of Citrus Street and Peartree Grove.

Most Share Places also function as Sales Offices; you are welcome to visit during opening hours. Otherwise, you will need to book the space and ensure it is the right space for you.

Note: The Pavilion at Clementine is an open outdoor space that can be viewed anytime.

Please include extra time for setting up and cleaning up in addition to your event’s running time.

Yes. When you place a booking request, a hold is placed on your card for the total amount.

If your booking is accepted, the full amount will be charged. If declined, the hold is released.

Yes. The best way to secure a time is to submit a booking request and complete the checkout process.

If you cancel at least 2 days before your booking, you will receive a full refund (minus the booking fee).

Note: Cancellations within 48 hours will only receive a 50% refund.

To view the access details, please follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. On your “Dashboard” screen, navigate to “Upcoming Bookings” and select your booking.
  2. Once the new screen appears on the right side of your display, scroll down until you locate the bold title “Space Access Instructions.”
  3. Click the “Read More” button to access the information.

We recommend bringing a copy of your booking confirmation and politely inform others that the space has been booked.
