Terms & Conditions:

1. Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus promotional offer:
The Seller offers to provide a $10,000 Building Bonus promotional offer per lot, to the Buyer’s builder of choice, subject to the Buyer satisfying and strictly complying with the Eligibility Criteria and Redemption Criteria.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion a Buyer must:
a) enter into a contract for Sale of Land of an Eligible Lot for the listed sale price in a Participating Estate between Monday 18 September and Sunday 29 October 2017;
b) submit the Bonus Certificate, signed by the Buyer, together with the offer to purchase the Eligible Lot.

After this Bonus Certificate is provided in accordance with Subclause b) above the Seller will sign and number the Bonus Certificate at the same time as the offer to purchase is accepted by the Seller (Contract) and a fully signed Bonus Certificate will then be returned to the Buyer with the Contract. Bonus Certificates will not be accepted for processing after an offer has been submitted by the

Buyer;
c) pay the Deposit to the Seller on time under the terms of the Contract; and
d) complete settlement of the purchase of the Eligible Lot on time and in accordance with the terms of the Contract. If for any reason whatsoever the settlement is delayed beyond the due date, or an extension of time to settlement date is requested then the Buyer shall not be eligible for the Satterley Surprise Bonus.

3. Redemption Criteria:
i) Spring Bonus Offer
a) For the Buyer to receive the benefit of the $10,000 Building Bonus Offer the Buyer must:
(i) prior to settlement, provide to the Seller a copy of the signed building contract; and
(ii) arrange for the Builder to send a Tax Invoice addressed to the Seller for the amount of the $10,000 Building Bonus after construction of the dwelling has reached “slab down” stage (and in any event within 12 months of the settlement date of the Contract). The Tax Invoice must include the following information:


The Name of the Promotion - Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion.
The Name of the Buyer
The Property Address
Include a copy of the Bonus Certificate.


All tax invoices are to be addressed to Satterley Property Group Pty Ltd and emailed to: invoices@Satterley.com.au
b) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees:
(i) the $10,000 Building Bonus Offer payment will be made by the Seller to the Builder within 30 days of receipt of the builder’s Tax Invoice; and
(ii) the $10,000 Building Bonus Offer is valid only within 12 months from date of settlement of the Contract and any claim received after that date is void and will not be paid.

4. General provisions:
a) In these terms and conditions and all online and offline advertisements, point of sale material and signage relating to the “Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus” promotion (Promotion), reference to the Satterley Property Group (Satterley) is a reference to the entity selling the land at the Participating Estate (Seller). For further information on the Seller entity, contact the relevant Satterley Sales Centre.

b) Satterley are only responsible for the sale of the Property to the Buyer. Any contract entered into between the Buyer and a builder to construct a dwelling or other improvements on the Property is separate to and independent of this Contract.

c) The Buyers nominated builder is not a member of the Satterley Property Group. Satterley takes no responsibility for and does not warrant the ability of any builder to enter into or carry out its obligations under a building contract on time or at all.

d) Promotional offers, discounts or any other incentives offered to the Buyer by a builder, and the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions applicable to them, do not form part of this Contract. Satterley accept no responsibility or liability in relation to any such promotional offers, discounts or incentives.

e) Satterley is not responsible for any loss or damage (however it arises) which you may suffer or incur arising of or in connection with any building contract you enter into.

f) Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer by Satterley or the Seller.

g) The Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus is inclusive of GST.

h) Satterley and its related entities will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Promotion or participates in the Promotion except for any liability that cannot be excluded by the law.

i) Satterley may change or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. Such changes may include adding or withdrawing Eligible Lots, adding or withdrawing the Participating Estates, shortening or extending the Promotion period, or making changes or substitutions to the Satterley Surprise Bonus.

j) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees the Satterley Surprise Bonus promotion is offered on a per lot basis, irrespective of the number of buyers for each lot.

k) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees the Satterley Surprise Bonus is not transferable or assignable to any other party.

l) Without exception, the Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion will only be paid by the Seller, if these terms and conditions are strictly complied with and the Buyer will have no claim or other rights against the Seller as a consequence of non-compliance with, or non-satisfaction of, the above conditions that result in non-fulfilment of the Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion.

Unless otherwise required by the context or subject matter:

Bonus Certificate means the certificate attached to these terms and conditions in which the Buyer nominates their selection for the Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion.

Eligibility Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 2 of these terms and conditions.

Eligible Lot means all specified lots within the Participating Estates at the time of the Promotion. Please contact the relevant sales professional at the relevant Participating Estate for eligible lot details.

Participating Estates mean Austin Lakes, Provence, Dalyellup Beach, Eden Beach, Seven Hills, Honeywood Rise and Heron Park.

Redemption Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 3 of these terms and conditions.

 

 

 

Austin Lakes

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is applicable to all available lots at Austin Lakes.

Dalyellup Beach

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is only applicable to lots in Stages 13, 14F and 15 at Dalyellup Beach.

Provence

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is applicable to all available lots at Provence.

Seven Hills

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is applicable to all available lots at Seven Hills.

Eden Beach

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is only applicable to Stage 12 and 15 lots at Eden Beach (Lots Stage 12: 766, 742, 743 and 750; Stage 15: 583, 960, 948, 958, 981, 982, 959, 984).

Honeywood Rise

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is applicable to all available lots in Honeywood Rise.

Heron Park

Satterley Spring 2017 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion Promotion is only applicable to Stage 23 and 24 lots at Heron Park.
