Terms & Conditions:

$20,000 Summer 2018 Building Bonus Promotion (as advertised)

The $20,000 Summer 2018 Building Bonus Promotion ($20,000 Summer Promotion) available to the buyer is subject to the following:

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this document (Terms) the Buyer will be eligible for the Satterley $10,000 Building Bonus; and
  2. An additional $10,000 may be contributed by a participating Builder (Builder Contribution) subject to the Buyer meeting the builders eligibility criteria and all other terms and conditions.
  3. The Buyer should contact the estate sales office to ascertain the names of the participating builders.
  4. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to determine which builders are participating in the $20,000 Summer Promotion.
  5. The builders participating in the Summer 2018 Promotion are not members of the Satterley Property Group or have any affiliation with the Seller.  Satterley and the Seller takes no responsibility for and does not warrant the ability of any builder to enter into or carry out its obligations under a building contract on time or at all.
  6. Satterley and the Seller are not liable or responsible for any Builder Contribution offered by the builders and it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that it receives the benefit of the Builder Contribution.  For all details relating to the Builder Contribution the Buyer should contact the relevant building company.
  7. Prices may change without notice and Satterley, the Seller and all participating builders associated with this promotion reserve the right to alter prices without notice at any time before the Buyer enters into a contract with the Seller or the building company.

Terms & Conditions:                                                                  

  1. Satterley Summer 2018 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion offer:

The Seller offers to provide the Promotion offer per lot, which is to be deducted from the Price at Settlement, subject to the Buyer satisfying and strictly complying with the Eligibility Criteria.

  1. Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Promotion a Buyer must:

a) enter into a contract for Sale of Land to purchase an Eligible Lot for the listed sale price between 8th January 2018 and 31st March 2018;

b) submit the Bonus Certificate, signed by the Buyer, together with the offer to purchase the Eligible Lot; 

After this Bonus Certificate is provided in accordance with subclause b) above, the Seller will sign and number this Bonus Certificate (top right hand corner of this form) at the same time as the offer to purchase the Lot is accepted by the Seller and a fully signed Bonus Certificate will then be returned to the Buyer with the signed Contract.

c) pay the Deposit to the Seller on time under the terms of the Contract; and

d) complete settlement of the purchase of the Eligible Lot on time and in accordance with the terms of the Contract.  If for any reason the settlement is delayed beyond the due date, or an extension of time to settlement date is requested then the Buyer shall not be eligible for the Promotion.

e) Prior to settlement, provide Satterley with a copy of a building contract signed by the Purchaser and a registered builder to build a home on the Property.

3. General provisions:

a) Allara is a partnering arrangement between the State Government’s land agency, LandCorp (the land owner) and Satterley Property Group (project development partner).

b) The Seller and Satterley are not responsible for any loss or damage (however it arises) which you may suffer or incur arising of or in connection with any building contract the Buyer enters into.

c) The Buyer’s nominated builder is not a member of the Satterley Property Group. The Seller and Satterley take no responsibility for and does not warrant the ability of any builder to enter into or carry out its obligations under a building contract on time or at all.

d) The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer by Satterley or the Seller.

e) The Promotion amount is inclusive of GST.

f) Satterley and its related entities and the Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Promotion or participates in the Promotion except for any liability that cannot be excluded by the law.

g) The Seller and Satterley may change or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. Such changes may include adding or withdrawing Eligible Lots, shortening or extending the Promotion period, or making changes or substitutions to the Promotion.

h) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees the Promotion is offered on a per lot basis.

i) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees the Promotion is not transferable or assignable to any other party.

j) Without exception, the Promotion will only be paid by the Seller, if these terms and conditions are strictly complied with and the Buyer will have no claim or other rights against the Seller as a consequence of non-compliance with, or non-satisfaction of, the above conditions that result in non-fulfilment of the Promotion.

Defined terms:

Unless otherwise required by the context or subject matter:

Bonus Certificate means the certificate attached to these terms and conditions in which the Buyer nominates their selection for the Satterley Summer 2018 - $10,000 Building Bonus Promotion.

Eligibility Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 2 of these terms and conditions.

Eligible Lot means all residential lots in Stages 2, 3, 4, 5 DV1 and DV2, excluding 225m lots, within the Allara Estate at the time of the Promotion.
