Satterley & ABN $20K Promotion


The following terms and conditions apply to the joint ABN Group and Satterley “$20,000 off house and land packages” promotion at Satterley estates, Botanical, Habitat and Upper Point Cook estates (Promotion).


The Promoter(s) are ABN Group (VIC) ACN 130 382 188   in conjunction with Satterley Mickleham Pty Ltd ACN 612 101 550 in respect of Botanical, Tarneit Land Company Pty Ltd ACN 147 657 609 in respect of Habitat, Satterley Point Cook Pty Ltd ACN 163 150 767 in respect of Upper Point Cook. (Promoter(s))

Participating Estates

Botanical of 2090 Mickleham Road, Mickleham (Botanical), Habitat of Corner Sayers and Davis Road, Tarneit (Habitat), and Upper Point Cook of 5 Nagle Drive, Point Cook (Upper Point Cook). (Participating Satterley estates)

Terms and Conditions of Promotion

Price based on home type and floor plan shown and on builder’s preferred siting with a $20,000 discount applied. Discount available to first 5 qualifying customers at participating Satterley Project who enter a contract with Boutique Homes or Homebuyers Centre and Satterley before 19th May 2019. Applicable to selected house & land packages only by Boutique Homes or Homebuyers Centre  at participating Satterley estates. For details of availability of Land, contact the Satterley Land Office for participating Projects.  Floor plan depicts a traditional facade, modern facade shown and included in price. Image used is an artist impression for illustrative purposes only and may show decorative items not included in the price shown including path, fencing, landscaping, coach lights and furnishings. “Fixed” pricing means that, subject to the terms of this disclaimer and any owner requested changes, the price advertised will be the price contained in the building contract entered into and this price will not change other than in accordance with the building contract. The price is based on developer supplied engineering plans and plans of subdivision and final pricing may vary if actual site conditions differ to those shown in these developers supplied documents. ABN Group Victoria has permission of the owner of the land to advertise the land as part of the price specified. Who can enter?

An eligible Applicant for the Promotion is a natural person, who:

  • is a resident of Australia;
  • is 18 years of age and over;
  • during the Promotion Period has paid a deposit made prior to entry into a contract of sale at a Participating Estate for a Promotion Lot;
  • during the Promotion Period has paid a deposit made prior to entry into a HIA contract with Boutique Homes or Homebuyers Centre;

Who is not a sales agent, home builder (or an employee or sales representative of a home builder), or a financial planner.  Employees of the Promoter, as well as the employees of the Promoter’s related entities or associated businesses, contractors and any person working onsite at Participating Estates (including builders), are ineligible to participate in Promotion.

Promotion dates

The Promotion commences on 9 am AEST on Monday 15 April 2019 and ends on 5 pm AEST on Sunday 19th May 2019 (Promotion Period). The Promoter, may at its discretion, extend the Promotion Period by publishing a notice at the Satterley Sales Office with the dates of the extended promotion period. These terms and conditions apply to any extended promotion period.

Promotion offer

Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promoter(s) are offering to eligible Applicants a $20,000 discount on house and land package (Discount).  Upon completion of the Satterley Contract of Sale and Builder Pre Works Contract, where the eligible Applicant, during the Promotion Period:

  • pays the deposit, or provides a bank guarantee, in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale and Pre Works Contract;
  • effects settlement of the Contract of Sale on the due date;
  • Has an unconditional HIA contract at time of land settlement with ABN Group, and;
  • has complied with all other terms of the Contract of Sale.


The $20,000 discount will be adjusted in favour of the eligible Applicant by the builder in the Pre Works Contract.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign, offer or promotion promoted by the Promoter(s).
  • The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter shall not be liable to the Applicant for:
    • any financial or legal implications (or otherwise) that may arise from the Promotion; or
    • Independent financial, legal or other professional advice should be sought by the Applicant.
  • The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if for any reason the Promoter’s circumstances change or the Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right but not the obligation to substitute the Promotion for another similar item, of equal value.
  • To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable to the Applicant for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Applicant’s participation in this Promotion, even if the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria
