CLEMENTINE: WIN A WEEKEND AWAY COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter of the competition is Satterley Property Group Pty Ltd (ACN 009 054 979) of Level 3, 27-31 Troode St, West Perth, Western Australia 6005.

  2. Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over. Staff of Satterley Property Group Pty Ltd and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

  3. The competition will open at 9:00am on Tuesday 11 May 2021 and will close at 5.00pm on Monday 7 June 2021.

  4. Entries to the competition must be made by completing an entry form at the Clementine popup shop located at Site 3 in Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre or on the Satterley Clementine Win A Weekend Away

  5. All valid entries received during the period of the competition will be placed into a random prize draw.

  6. Entrants may submit only one entry.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed or submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of delivery to Satterley Property Group. The Promoter’s decision on the validity and/or time of receipt of an entry is final and binding on all entrants.

  8. The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 11 June 2021 at the Satterley Property Group Head Office, Level 3, 27-31 Troode St, West Perth, Western Australia. The prize will be awarded to valid entrants on a random draw.

  9. The prize is one (1) gift card to the value of $1,000 only for The Vines Resort and Golf Club at Verdelho Dr, The Vines, Western Australia.

  10. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. The prize will be delivered via Australia Post or must be collected from a Satterley location that will be agreed between a Satterley representative and the winner.

  12. No prize is transferrable or exchangeable for cash.

  13. Except to the extent prohibited by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties or representations about the suitability or fitness for purpose of any prize. If liability cannot be excluded by law, the liability of the Promoter is limited to resupplying the relevant prize or paying the cost of replacing the prize.

  14. Subject to the approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission, the Promoter may cancel the competition if for any reason the competition is not able to be run as planned.

  15. The Promoter reserves its right to vary any terms and conditions of the competition subject to the approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission.
