New Identity Verification Requirements
From 1 July 2026
From 1 July 2026, new legislation requires Satterley to undertake additional steps to verify the identity of purchasers. Your Estate Manager will assist you through this process. As part of this process, and to help protect your personal information Satterley may ask you to provide identification documents, proof of address, and, in some cases, details about the source of your funds.
