Trinity has Class A soil, which is the best soil type classification to build on.
Class A (stands for Acceptable): This is the highest quality site classification, which means there is little to no ground movement from moisture changes (such as sand and rock). With this soil type, there is no additional drainage specifications required and the builder can lay a standard slab on it. A class A site is most sought after by builders and is most common in land subdivisions in WA.
Living in Trinity
Trinity is close to a range of public and private schools and daycare centres that cater for kids of all ages.
Primary School Catchments:
- Residents living in Agora are located within the catchment for Alkimos Primary School.
- Residents living in Atelier are located within the catchment for John Butler Primary College.
- Residents living in Aura are located within the catchment for Alkimos Beach Primary School.
For secondary school students, all residents within Trinity are within the catchment for Alkimos College.
